炸虾寿司卷
今天的寿司卷。拌入一点点柠檬果肉的醋饭绝对衬的起清爽二字。不仅和酥脆重油的炸虾取得平衡,还能够增进食欲。因为选用的是阿根廷红虾,一只虾卷一个寿司已看着很壮观,再加上各种搭配,绝对是分量十足哦!

  • 阿根廷红虾6只
  • 海苔6片(从中间切开成12片)
  • 牛油果1个
  • 红椒1个
  • 小黄瓜1根
  • 柠檬1/4个
  • 鱼露少许
  • 蜂蜜少许
  • 米醋少许
  • 少许
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 黑芝麻少许
  • 寿司醋少许
  • 橄榄油少许

Steps to make 炸虾寿司卷

  • 1.主要材料备齐。
  • 2.饭煮好放凉,拌入少量米醋、鱼露、蜂蜜拌匀后,再加入少许柠檬汁做成醋饭;其他材料如下图切好备用;
  • 3.阿根廷红虾去虾须、虾枪、虾线虾壳,留虾头虾尾放在厨房用纸上沥干多余的水分,面糊调好备用;
  • 4.将虾裹上面衣,油烧热至180度下虾炸至酥脆,要炸到头都酥透哦!
  • 5.将炸好的虾捞出放在厨房用纸上沥干多余的油;
  • 6.整张海苔切成两张,在半张海苔上铺上2/3的醋饭,依次排上黄瓜粒、牛油果、甜椒、菠菜和1条炸好的虾;
  • 7.我直接卷还觉得蛮顺手,有寿司帘的用寿司帘卷也可以,紧紧的卷起来;
  • 8.从中间切成两半,就可以摆盘了。之后淋上调好的油醋汁和美乃滋芝麻酱就完成了。
