香蕉炼乳蛋糕卷

Steps to make 香蕉炼乳蛋糕卷

  • 1.蛋黄蛋清分离。蛋黄中加入牛奶,20g糖,玉米油和盐。
  • 2.搅拌均匀后筛入面粉。
  • 3.再次搅拌均匀 。
  • 4.蛋白打至粗泡后,加入几滴柠檬汁,再分三次加入剩余的糖高速搅打。把蛋白搅打成湿性蛋白霜
  • 5.取三分之蛋白霜放入搅拌好的蛋黄糊中,拌匀,再取三分之一蛋白霜加入蛋黄糊中切拌均匀。
  • 6.拌好的蛋糊在倒回剩余的蛋白霜盆中切拌均匀。
  • 7.拌好的蛋糊放入铺好油纸的烤盘中,震出大气泡。进烤箱170度,中层,20分钟。
  • 8.香蕉和炼乳备好。
  • 9.烤好取出后迅速倒扣,撕去油纸。涂上一层炼乳。
  • 10.放上香蕉。
  • 11.卷起,冷藏2小时候切块。
