  • 1.准备材料 面粉过筛
  • 2.蛋清蛋黄分离 蛋黄+30g糖打发
  • 3.蛋黄糊+油+牛奶+低粉上下搅拌 至均匀无颗粒
  • 4.蛋白放入无油无水的盆子中 打至起粗泡 加20g糖
  • 5.打至泡泡变小 较为细腻 加20g糖
  • 6.打至可看到浅浅纹路 加20g糖 至倒扣不掉下
  • 7.1/3蛋白糊+蛋黄糊 这是烤箱可预热
  • 8.1/3蛋白糊+蛋白蛋黄糊
  • 9.最后1/3蛋白糊+蛋白蛋黄糊
  • 10.装模 入烤箱 180°C 35分钟 上下火 中下层
  • 11.中途切勿打开 烤好后取出倒扣 晾凉
