韩式辣酱
今天做的这个韩式辣酱,算是山寨版的,也可以说是家庭版的。味道是靠发酵出来的,味道挺好的。

  • 白醋20g

Steps to make 韩式辣酱

  • 1.鲜的红辣椒洗净晾干表面水分。我怕太辣,选了辣度较小的辣椒。这种辣椒肉厚味香辣度低
  • 2.蒜去皮,姜切片放入料理机中
  • 3.加一点白醋用搅拌档搅拌一下
  • 4.辣椒切丁
  • 5.倒入辣椒搅拌成糊
  • 6.苹果去皮
  • 7.切块放入
  • 8.加糖和盐搅拌成糊
  • 9.最后加入熟的糯米粉搅拌10秒钟,拌均匀即成辣酱糊
  • 10.密封盒开水消毒,保证无油无水,盛入搅拌好的辣酱糊,密封1周左右,让其发酵
  • 11.这是密封了两周之后的,随时可以吃啦
