日式咖喱猪排饭

Steps to make 日式咖喱猪排饭

  • 1.猪排分成四份,鸡蛋打散,土豆胡萝卜切块蒸熟,洋葱切丁下油锅微炒。然后下蒸熟的胡萝卜和土豆,加适量水。水开后加咖喱块,熬制5-10分钟至咖喱块完全融化后即可。
  • 2.猪排用刀背锤松软,撒上盐和黑胡椒腌半小时以上。然后撒上薄面粉,裹上鸡蛋,再均匀且厚的裹上面包糠。
  • 3.油锅烧热后,中小火下猪排煎炸,至两面金黄后即可
  • 4.炸好的猪排立即切块
  • 5.碗里装好饭,淋上咖喱汁,再放好切块的猪排,完成
