  • 1.准备所需材料。(黄油提前温室软化)
  • 2.将糖粉倒入软化的黄油里。
  • 3.然后将糖粉和黄油混合后打发。
  • 4.分三次加入打散的鸡蛋液,每次都要打至鸡蛋液和黄油完全混合,才加入下一次。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.将低粉和黄油拌均匀。
  • 7.装入裱花袋。
  • 8.烤盘铺上油纸,再挤出花纹。
  • 9.烤箱预热180度,放中层上下火烤18分钟,至表面金黄即可。
