泰酱酸辣虾汤
传统做法的冬阴功汤,需要用到基围虾、大蛤蜊、口蘑、番茄、香茅(柠檬草)、青柠檬、幼茄、九层塔、薄荷叶、姜、小红椒、香菜、柠檬叶、椰浆、淡奶油、鱼露和橄榄油。
先不说以上这么多材料你是否都能买齐全了,就光是准备工作你也得费上半天功夫,其实只要买上一瓶冬阴功酱,以上大半的材料你都可以省了。所以今天坨坨妈发的这道酸辣虾汤就是个超级简化版的。

    Steps to make 泰酱酸辣虾汤

    • 1.鲜虾洗净,背后剖一刀抽去虾肠。
    • 2.锅中倒少量油,大火烧至八成热时,下入姜末炒香,然后加入两大勺冬阴功酱,一大勺番茄酱,五匙柠檬汁,一小勺干辣椒粉,鱼露两匙,炒匀,然后加入200ML水,大火烧开后改小火,熬煮8-10分钟至浓稠。
    • 3.改大火,下入鲜虾煮熟,时间不用太长,3-5分钟即可。
    • 4.最后加入30ML椰浆和20ML淡奶油稍煮即可起锅装入碗中,撒上香菜叶,配上黄油烤的面包片吃更香哦。
