秋凉了,是不是感觉吃啥都香了,给大家推荐一道好吃又好做的家常饭,这几天孩子点名要吃的鸡胸肉咖喱饭,这饭做法简单,几分钟就上桌,低脂高蛋白,比猪肉营养,比牛肉便宜,入秋后记得多给家人吃鸡肉,营养好吃滋补还不胖人。

Steps to make 鸡肉咖喱饭

  • 1.准备食材:鸡胸肉去掉筋膜,清洗干净切丁,黄瓜洗净切丁,红辣椒洗净切丁,洋葱、土豆去皮洗净切丁。今天用的是冠利咖喱酱,没有可以换成咖喱块。葱去皮洗净,切成葱花。
  • 2.炒锅加入适量的油,爆香五香粉和葱花,下入鸡胸肉丁翻炒至变色。
  • 3.下入其它所有准备好的蔬菜丁翻炒均匀,适量加点轻盐酱油翻炒上色。
  • 4.加入适量的水,盖上锅盖大火烧开,小火炖上2~3分钟至土豆丁熟。
  • 5.下入咖喱酱,再炖上1分钟左右,入味即可出锅,口重的可以加点盐,咖喱酱本身也是有咸淡的,我没加吃起来刚刚好,提倡轻盐饮食哈。
  • 6.加点胡椒粉调味,喜欢的还可以勾薄芡汁。
  • 7.提前蒸好的米饭,盛入小碗中,然后扣到盘子上,上边撒点熟黑芝麻,好看又好吃,没有可以不撒。
  • 8.浇上刚刚做好的咖喱鸡丁,看着有食欲吧,面对浓郁的咖喱香味,小朋友从来都没有抵抗力。
