和风蒜虾意面

  • 虾仁6个
  • 培根2-3片
  • 小葱1根
  • 3瓣
  • 红甜椒半个
  • 米酒或者清酒,2大匙
  • 味啉1大匙
  • 酱油1大匙

Steps to make 和风蒜虾意面

  • 1.培根切条,葱花,蒜切碎,红甜椒切条。将味啉,米酒,酱油放在碗中混合均匀。
  • 2.锅内烧水,加少许盐将意面煮到8分熟。
  • 3.锅内放培根炒出油,如果培根比较瘦,油不多,就加适量植物油翻炒。
  • 4.加入葱,蒜末,红甜椒丝翻炒。
  • 5.放入虾仁翻炒变色。
  • 6.将虾仁捞出备用。
  • 7.锅内放入意面和少量煮面水翻炒。
  • 8.再将虾仁放进去翻炒,同时加入适量盐和黑胡椒调味。
  • 9.出锅表面撒黑胡椒。
  • 10.葱花装饰即可。
