  • 1.准备好全部食材。
  • 2.黄油提前放到室温软化,直到手指可以轻易按下去的程度。
  • 3.用电动打蛋器把黄油与糖粉混合均匀。
  • 4.分次加入常温的蛋清,混合均匀即可,不需要过度打发。
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 6.用刮刀压拌均匀,整理成团。
  • 7.面团放在硅油纸上,擀成2-3毫米厚的薄片。
  • 8.利用切模在面片上压出圆形饼胚,然后摆放在烤盘里。
  • 9.橙子去皮后,切成2-3毫米的片状。
  • 10.饼胚上刷一层薄薄的蛋清,接着放上橙子片,轻轻按压,让两者更为贴合。
  • 11.放入预热好的烤箱。
  • 12.上下火165度,中下层烘烤25分钟左右即可。
  • 13.出炉晾冷后,在曲奇的表面撒一层糖粉做装饰。
  • 14.摆盘!
