  • 6.锅里留底油、炒香姜蒜干辣椒
  • 7.加入一勺豆瓣酱
  • 8.炒出红油
  • 9.加入料酒、生抽、老抽、耗油
  • 10.加入半碗水烧开
  • 11.将煎好的鱼块倒入,大火烧开转中火煮至汤汁收干
  • 12.加入少许糖调味
  • 13.撒上葱花即可出锅
