简单美味的杏鲍菇牛肉粒
前两天去逛山姆,本想买牛里脊的,正好看到有嫩肩肉很多人在抢购,旁边的阿姨告诉我,这个嫩肩比里脊还要嫩,所以买来试试。其实这道菜没什么技巧,最关键的就是牛肉要选好。牛肉选好了味道不会差到哪里,很多朋友做出来牛肉很老很柴,难以入口就是这个原因。

  • 杏鲍菇2个
  • 1g
  • 淀粉1匙
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 2勺
  • 食用油10g

Steps to make 简单美味的杏鲍菇牛肉粒

  • 1.材料准备好,没有嫩肩肉可以用里脊肉。
  • 2.杏鲍菇洗干净切块。
  • 3.嫩肩肉把旁边这种筋膜去掉。
  • 4.牛肉切块,加入淀粉,盐,图中所示是一茶匙。
  • 5.加入一勺蚝油。
  • 6.加入研磨的黑胡椒碎。
  • 7.最后加入食用油,抓匀后腌制至少半小时。
  • 8.锅里放油,下入牛肉粒划至变色。
  • 9.盛出放在旁边待用,这个时候牛肉会出很多汤汁,等会再下锅的时候要撇掉。
  • 10.锅内再次放入油,下入杏鲍菇翻炒,油可以多放点,杏鲍菇比较吃油。杏鲍菇边缘上色后再次放入牛肉粒。
  • 11.放入料酒,生抽,老抽和糖,加入糖后汤汁会开始冒泡泡,要不停的翻炒。
  • 12.最后汁收干后再次加入黑胡椒碎。黑胡椒自己看着加,我特别喜欢,就加了很多。
  • 13.一口一块牛肉,真的太满足了!光盘菜。
