藕遇小蛋糕
一直长草食友的莲藕蛋糕,她的是重油版,这也是我一直没有动手的原因之一。昨天家里炖汤还剩一小节的藕,于是就玩转了一下,我用的还是无油的方子,无油是大爱,虽不完美但却也健康。按以下的量可以做12个小纸杯蛋糕。

  • 莲藕1段
  • 低粉80克
  • 白糖30克
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 桂花酱1茶匙

Steps to make 藕遇小蛋糕

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.将藕对半分,一半去皮切丁备入桂花酱煮至收汁备用。
  • 3.另一半切大小相等的薄片,差不多十二片。
  • 4.分蛋打法,将蛋白加糖打至倒扣不流。
  • 5.再分次加入蛋黄,提高打蛋器的转速,打至融合。
  • 6.打好后是这个状态。
  • 7.再将低粉过筛加到蛋糊里。
  • 8.拌至无干粉状后,入裱花袋备用。
  • 9.将蛋糕糊挤在带纸托的模具里,先挤五分满,再加入煮好放凉的桂花藕丁。
  • 10.再挤入蛋糕糊至八分满,再顶度放上一片控水的藕片。
  • 11.入预热好的烤箱160度烤20分钟即可。
