  • 1.锅中防水,放入花椒大料葱姜肉,开水煮15分钟。
  • 2.酸菜在水中洗两遍,挤干水分。
  • 3.将锅中的肉和汤,放入砂锅中。
  • 4.中火45分钟。
  • 5.时间到把肉拿出来,晾凉。
  • 6.把肉切成片。
  • 7.将肉片放入砂锅中,在加热15分钟,然后加入粉条煮10分钟就可以了。
  • 8.出锅的时候加盐和酱油调味。在铁锅里炖酸菜味道也是很不错的。
