Steps to make 香葱曲奇

  • 1.材料集合图。黄油事先软化。
  • 2.手动打蛋器搅打黄油至顺滑。
  • 3.加入盐和糖粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.盐糖粉黄油一起打发,打发的黄油体积略膨胀,颜色变白。
  • 5.分次加入清水,每一次都搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加完所有清水,黄油糊细腻顺滑。
  • 7.加入低筋面粉。
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,不要过度搅拌,影响酥脆口感。
  • 9.加入香葱碎。
  • 10.翻拌均匀。
  • 11.装入裱花袋,烤盘铺油纸,挤出喜爱的花型。空开距离,送入预热190度的烤箱中层,烤制18分钟左右。
  • 12.成品图。放凉后密封保存。
