生煎包
看舌尖2里面出现生煎包的镜头,虽然晃一下就过去,但是晚上特别的馋!生煎包已经是全国有名的一道面点,在各大酒店都会有他的身影,可见受欢迎的程度,今天我特地起了个大早,揉面,绞肉,煎包。

  • 面粉300g
  • 155g
  • 酵母3g
  • 猪肉160g
  • 洋葱半个
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 生煎包

  • 1.先来和面,酵母放水里融化
  • 2.然后倒入面粉中,揉成光滑的面团
  • 3.这个时候来做肉馅,猪肉馅里面加入盐,鸡精,酱油,五香粉,料酒
  • 4.然后打入一个鸡蛋里面,顺一个方向搅匀
  • 5.拌匀了之后加入洋葱碎里面拌匀
  • 6.然后加入一点香油里面,肉馅就做好了
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜发酵到2倍左右的大小
  • 8.将面团取出来揉匀,排出空气,分成约18g一个小面团
  • 9.然后将每一个都揉圆
  • 10.取一个小面团,擀成圆皮,包入肉馅,捏成包子
  • 11.将每一个都这样做好
  • 12.锅里加入油,烧热后把包子放进去,煎到底部焦黄
  • 13.然后倒入温水里面,水大约在包子的2/3处!
  • 14.盖上盖子焖煮
  • 15.水大致收干了,揭开盖子,撒上白芝麻和葱花就可以出锅了
