Steps to make 酒酿鲥鱼

  • 1.鲥鱼洗净(不去鱼鳞)
  • 2.准备调料
  • 3.准备火腿和冬笋片
  • 4.先用白酒均匀抹上再把盐均匀抹上加入葱姜腌制半小时后把火腿片和冬笋片加上
  • 5.水开后上锅盖上蒸10分钟
  • 6.10分钟后把盆子倾斜倒掉蒸出的水,去掉葱姜
  • 7.加入黄酒和酒酿再盖上蒸3分钟熄火
  • 8.上桌
