【 闽生果】又称【闽式花生米】,口味香甜松脆,是福建著名的特色冷菜。

  • 五香粉1/2茶勺
  • 白糖40克
  • 熟冻猪油1大勺
  • 植物油200ML

  • 1.花生米用开水泡15分钟左右。
  • 2.捞出,剥皮。
  • 3.锅中倒入植物油,下花生米炸至酥脆,捞出,放凉备用。
  • 4.将白糖、五香粉、椒盐粉混合拌匀。
  • 5.先将放凉的花生米与熟猪油拌匀。
  • 6.再与做法4的调料拌匀即可。
