鲷鱼烧是一种源自日本东京的点心,所做成的形状像鲷鱼,衍生自今川烧。鲷鱼烧的表皮是脆脆的,需趁热吃为好。再配杯黑乌龙茶,茶味较浓,搭配正好。

  • 牛奶100g
  • 红豆沙200g
  • 玉米淀粉40g
  • 蜂蜜40

Steps to make 鲷鱼烧

  • 1.所有食材称重备好。
  • 2.将两个鸡蛋,白砂糖,蜂蜜放入干净的盆中。
  • 3.用手动打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 4.放入牛奶继续搅打均匀。
  • 5.将泡打粉,玉米淀粉,低粉混合过筛放入蛋液中。
  • 6.搅拌成无颗粒的流动面糊。
  • 7.这是软化的黄油。
  • 8.倒入面糊中。
  • 9.搅拌均匀,盖上保鲜膜静置三十分钟。
  • 10.红豆沙200克,平均分成十份备用。
  • 11.将面糊放入一次性裱花袋里,尖部剪一个小口。
  • 12.鲷鱼烧模具两面烧热,表面刷上少许黄油。
  • 13.先挤入六七分满的面糊,接着取一个豆沙球按扁放在面糊上面。
  • 14.快速倒入适量面糊至填满模具。
  • 15.小火加热至两面金黄色即可,一定要看好火候,这个熟的快,约一二分钟,不然容易糊哦。
