日式咖喱鱼丸乌冬面
不知道从什么时候开始直到有乌冬面这个主食的,自从知道了,就爱上了它,其实乍一看,乌冬面和我们吃的米线差不多,可以口感却远远的不一样,相比之下,乌冬面更有弹性,更爽口;
今天这道乌冬面我在里面加了原味咖喱,不会辣,孩子也能吃,而且做起来也很快手哦。

  • 原味咖喱2块
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 土豆半个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 鱼丸5-6个

Steps to make 日式咖喱鱼丸乌冬面

  • 1.准备好食材:乌冬面,咖喱,西兰花,鱼丸,胡萝卜,土豆,洋葱。
  • 2.锅里水烧开,放入西兰花,少量盐,将西兰花煮3分钟;(加盐是为了让西兰花的颜色保持翠绿哦)。
  • 3.鱼丸因为是市场买来的,所以先用开水也焯一下。
  • 4.胡萝卜,洋葱,土豆都切丁备用。
  • 5.锅中倒少量油,油热后把土豆、胡萝卜、洋葱下锅翻炒。
  • 6.炒至土豆变得稍微透明,倒入清水。做这个乌冬面,土豆绝对不能少,煮熟的土豆可以让汤汁变得浓稠。
  • 7.水开后,放入鱼丸、咖喱块;如果有孩子吃,尽量选择原味的咖喱块。
  • 8.等咖喱块融化厚,把乌冬面放进去。这个配方,就算没有乌冬面,放其他的面条也是可以的哦。
  • 9.看到汤汁变得浓稠,面条煮好了,就可以出锅开动了。美味不要等,赶紧吃起来吧。
