  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.消化饼干敲碎后加入融化后的黄油,搅拌均匀,铺在模具中,压实后冷藏备用。
  • 3.淡奶油加入糖粉打发至纹路不消失,冷藏备用。
  • 4.吉利丁片隔水融化,加入适量柠檬汁。
  • 5.再倒入0蔗糖酸奶混合搅拌均匀。
  • 6.然后倒入打好的奶油中。
  • 7.剥适量青柠皮,混合搅拌均匀。
  • 8.最后倒入模具中,冷藏一夜。
  • 9.取出后用吹风机吹模具四周。
  • 10.脱模后装饰即可。
