Steps to make 西芹千张肉丝

  • 1.西芹去筋掰成小段,洗干净待用
  • 2.洋葱切成丝,辣椒斜切
  • 3.肉丝用料酒。黑胡椒粉腌制半小时
  • 4.千张切成宽1CM左右条状
  • 5.锅内放油用干辣椒、葱。姜爆香
  • 6.放入洋葱翻炒
  • 7.倒入腌制好的肉丝,大火快速翻炒
  • 8.肉丝变色后,加入西芹
  • 9.待西芹5分熟时,加入千张和青椒大火翻炒
  • 10.加入味极鲜、鸡精、盐、五香粉炒均匀即可出锅
