    Steps to make 热干面

    • 1.干的碱水面。
    • 2.烧一大锅水煮面。
    • 3.打去浮沫。
    • 4.中间看一看面条煮的软硬度,中间的白芯快没有就可以了。
    • 5.煮的太软容易断口感也不好,硬一点后边还可以补救。
    • 6.煮好后沥干水分放在案板上。
    • 7.乘热淋上花生油拌匀。
    • 8.摊开散热。
    • 9.醒了大概一个钟。
    • 10.装保鲜袋放入冰箱冷藏一夜。
    • 11.第二天早上再烧热水烫面半分钟捞出。
    • 12.准备些辅料切碎末,有酸豆角,萝卜丁,藕丁,就更标配了。
    • 13.辅料倒入面中,淋上两大勺芝麻酱(网上买的大瓶回来自己加些香油调稀),一碗好面的灵魂!
    • 14.再加盐,生抽,鸡精少许调味,老抽少许调色,喜欢辣的来点辣椒油。
