  • 玉米淀粉8克

  • 白糖(蛋黄糊里的)20克
  • 白糖(蛋白里的)70克
  • 动物性淡奶油200克

Steps to make 纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料。将色拉油,橘子水,白糖放一块儿。
  • 2.将它们搅拌至白糖融化。
  • 3.将低粉,泡打粉,玉米淀粉搅拌均匀过筛入橘子水里面。
  • 4.拌匀,将蛋黄分次加入搅拌均匀。
  • 5.拌好的面糊放一边备用。
  • 6.蛋白放几滴白醋。
  • 7.搅拌至鱼眼状分三次加入白糖搅打。
  • 8.打至中性发泡。
  • 9.将蛋白泡沫翻拌入蛋黄糊里,拌匀。
  • 10.分别装入纸杯8分满。
  • 11.入烤箱,160度,30--35分钟。
  • 12.取出凉凉。
  • 13.将淡奶油打至渐显纹路,装裱花袋。挤上蛋糕。
