焦糖布丁
第一次烤布丁,有点烤过了,表面出现了虎皮花纹,反而觉得更好看,算是意外惊喜吧。

  • 细砂糖50克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 80克

Steps to make 焦糖布丁

  • 1.细砂糖加水,小火熬煮到糖浆变为焦糖色
  • 2.趁热分到各个容器里
  • 3.牛奶中加入50克砂糖,搅拌均匀,放电磁炉加热到牛奶周围冒小泡,搅拌,让糖充分融化,放凉
  • 4.鸡蛋打散成蛋液
  • 5.蛋液和放至微温的牛奶混合在一起,轻轻搅拌均匀
  • 6.过筛两次,去除气泡,让蛋奶液更加顺滑细腻
  • 7.蛋奶液均匀分到各个容器中,烤盘加水至烤盘深度的2/3,置预热好的160度烤箱中层烤35分钟
  • 8.烤时表面加盖锡纸,我没加,表面有点烤过头了,好像虎皮花纹,不过看着还挺好看的
  • 9.烤好的布丁冷藏2小时以上风味更佳,取出,倒扣在小碟里食用
  • 10.第一次做,卖相不好,吃起来口感还不错,下次改进
