火麻仁蒜香鸡翅

Steps to make 火麻仁蒜香鸡翅

  • 1.将鸡翅洗净。
  • 2.把毎个鸡翅剪成两半,这样腌制容易入味。
  • 3.剪好的鸡翅和辅料:大蒜切末、小米辣切碎、蒜苔切粒备用。
  • 4.用上述调料并按照自己的喜好来腌制鸡翅,并将蒜末放入拌匀腌制20分钟左右。
  • 5.放入空气炸锅180度烤12分钟左右。
  • 6.烤好的鸡翅。
  • 7.锅中放油少许,下入鸡翅翻炒,将小米辣、蒜苔粒及蒜末一同放入翻炒均匀即可出锅了。
  • 8.做好的蒜香鸡翅装盘了。
  • 9.撒上火麻仁增香增营养。
