剁椒蒸芋头
芋头的口感细软、营养丰富,既能作为主食,又能当作蔬菜。 本来不打算上传的一道菜,因为是吃晚饭时做的,光线不好,开着灯拍的,效果不好。 但是这芋头真是太好吃了,口感软滑,入口即化,第一时间想到跟朋友们分享,不管了,传上来给朋友们尝尝吧。

Steps to make 剁椒蒸芋头

  • 1.小芋头去皮洗净
  • 2.自制剁辣椒适量
  • 3.阳江豆豉少许用清水洗净
  • 4.将小芋头用水煮20分钟
  • 5.将煮熟的芋头切块装盘
  • 6.均匀的抹上剁椒与豆豉,加少许盐,淋少许油与鸡精(盐要适量,因为剁椒本身有些咸)
  • 7.锅内水烧开后放入芋头大火蒸30分钟
  • 8.端出趁热吃,鲜辣软滑,非常美味
