孜然羊肉
前几天买羊排,带了一块里脊,米妈让买肉的挖出来了,羊排炖着吃,里脊加孜然炒了吃,孜然跟羊肉绝配,以前老是炒不好这个孜然羊肉,后来才发现是自己的炒法有问题,修正后做出来的菜跟在餐馆里的感觉差不多了,肉干香但不柴。
这个菜配了香菜,只用了梗,原因是这次买的香菜太大了,跟小芹菜差不多了,用梗来配菜很棒!

    • 1.材料图
    • 2.羊肉去筋膜切丝,加一点儿生抽,用孜然粉胡椒粉加盐腌上。
    • 3.香菜梗切段备用
    • 4.炒锅倒油,温油将腌好的羊肉倒入。
    • 5.将羊肉划散,天冷了,拍菜需要不停的吹!
    • 6.羊肉全部变色后将肉推一边,用汤勺将多余的油盛出。
    • 7.转小火煸炒羊肉至肉丝发干。
    • 8.再次加放孜然粉。
    • 9.加入香菜段。
    • 10.翻均匀出锅
