    • 1.香豆粉,花椒粉,适量盐。
    • 2.倒入适量低芥酸菜籽油。
    • 3.和成香豆椒盐油酥。
    • 4.发好的南瓜面团。
    • 5.满满的蜂窝组织。
    • 6.取出排气揉圆。
    • 7.擀成薄片,撒上薄薄一层盐。
    • 8.抹上香豆椒盐油酥。
    • 9.从圆心向下切一刀,沿一边切口向上卷起。
    • 10.以圆心为中心,一直卷下去。
    • 11.封口捏紧。
    • 12.从小头往下按扁。
    • 13.擀成厚约0.8厘米的饼坯。
    • 14.电饼铛刷油,饼坯放进去,饧发20分钟。上面也刷一层油。
    • 15.饼坯饧发明显变厚。盖上盖,上下盘加热。
    • 16.大约5分钟左右,翻面。
    • 17.用牙签在饼上扎无数小孔。盖上盖,继续把另一面也烙个四五分钟。
