  • 水淀粉1汤匙
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 面粉40克
  • 玉米淀粉10克

Steps to make 菠萝咕佬三文鱼

  • 1.三文鱼150克,切一厘米见方小块。
  • 2.加2克椒盐、1克白胡椒粉,半汤匙料酒,手抓均匀,淹15分钟。
  • 3.用3汤匙番茄酱,1.5汤匙生抽,3汤匙水,2汤匙水淀粉调成碗汁。
  • 4.一个鸡蛋加40克面粉,10克淀粉调糊。
  • 5.把淹好的鱼拌入蛋糊中。
  • 6.菠萝和青红柿切块。
  • 7.油温高些,要一块块分开放,炸至表皮金黄出锅。
  • 8.炸制完成。
  • 9.锅内不用放油,倒入调好的碗汁,煮开。
  • 10.加菠萝块,青、红椒块。
  • 11.加入炸好的三文鱼块,快速翻拌出锅。
