【春天的故事】适合谷雨节气的一款补血益气养生糕点——枣泥山药糕
春天饮食应“省酸增甘,以养脾气”。指春天要少吃点酸味的食品,多吃点甘味的食品,以补益人体的脾胃之气。
  中医所说的甘味食物中,首推就是大枣和山药。山药味甘,性质平和无毒,能健脾益气、强壮肌肉,适用于身体虚弱、食欲不振、消化不良、久痢泄泻等脾胃功能不好的人群。红枣能补脾和胃,益气生津,养血安神,民间有“一日食三枣,终身不显老”之说。山药是补气佳品,枣泥山药合二为一,人就会气血旺盛,即使年纪大了,依然可以延缓衰老的脚步,留住健康和美丽。
  公历每年的四月二十日前后为谷雨节气,有“雨水生百谷”的意思,是二十四个节气中的第六个节气,也是春季的最后一个节气。
  谷雨前后15天,脾处于旺盛时期。脾的旺盛会使胃强健起来,从而使消化功能处于旺盛的状态,消化功能旺盛有利于营养的吸收,因此这时正是补身的大好时机。适当进补一些有利于身体祛风湿、舒筋骨、补血益气功效的食物,这样不仅可以增强体质,还可为安度盛夏打下基础。

  在制作枣泥和山药泥时,一定要有足够的耐心,要将枣泥和山药泥捣碎无颗粒状,否则会影响口感。
  做这款糕点的确需要时间和耐心,但不得不说,枣泥山药糕”的口感却是极佳,连平常不怎么爱吃红枣的我,因为这款糕点,却爱上了红枣的味道。
  另外在造型上我也进行了改良,更为时尚、精致;配方上由原来的糖改为奶粉和炼乳,增添了一股奶香味,加上山药独特的香味,枣泥的香甜细滑,让这款糕点入口即融,味道悠长。而且连续食用后养生效果也明显。

  • 1.主料、调料备好。
  • 2.将山药表皮的泥洗净,然后切成段放在热水里,净泡30分钟。(这方法山药去皮的时候不会手痒)
  • 3.红枣用清水冲洗净表面的灰尘,放到热水里泡5分钟。
  • 4.红枣切去两头,去核。
  • 5.再切成两半,用剪刀修整。
  • 6.将红枣卷曲,整成花型。
  • 7.红枣切成小块,山药去皮切长段泡在清水里。
  • 8.将切好的红枣和山药放入蒸锅里大火蒸20分钟。
  • 9.将蒸好的红枣去皮取肉,用勺子压成红枣泥。
  • 10.再将蒸好的山药用勺子压成泥。
  • 11.加入奶粉。
  • 12.再加入炼乳拌匀。
  • 13.花型模具里先放入1/2山药泥。
  • 14.放入一层枣泥。
  • 15.再放入山药泥压平。
  • 16.把红枣花和薄荷叶放在上面即可。
