有小道消息说由于今年是暖冬(似乎哪年的小道消息都说是暖冬啊,真是一年更比一年暖啊捂脸),所以樱花开得比往年更早一些~
哦但是和这道料理的食材并没有什么关系,毕竟能吃的樱花似乎只有八重樱,属于晚樱,花期是暮春到初夏的时间……
然鹅,毕竟每天三五省吾身(早上吃啥、中午吃啥、晚上吃啥、零食吃啥、夜宵吃啥)的我算是抓到了一个灵感来源!那就是盐渍樱花的一切!上一篇里面被吐槽说樱花放在饼干上烘烤过后不好看不必要为了“蹭热度”硬是浪费贵重的食材。接受批评,因为盐渍樱花确实算是食材中的轻奢品,但是——我的盐渍樱花,是我自己做的……唯一的代价就是……扛着两大袋樱花回去寝室的时候别人的眼光有点诡异……(我真的不是洗澡用啊喂!)

    Steps to make 樱花饭团

    • 1.盐渍樱花提前分开,冲洗干净表面的盐分
    • 2.大米和各种杂粮随意搭配一点点
    • 3.加一点水,上面可以放上一点番薯什么的,上锅蒸熟
    • 4.随后稍微搅拌,放上盐渍樱花之后继续蒸一小会儿
    • 5.然后大招来啦,加一点食盐,加入浸泡盐渍樱花步骤的梅子醋(当然如果樱花是自己买来的话就加点寿司醋吧)
    • 6.随后整理成饭团即可~~超级简单哦!
