  • 5.加一勺的糯米酒一起炒。这样很香,还可以去腥。
  • 6.猪脚倒入砂锅,倒入剩下的米酒。
  • 7.花生,加适量清水。
  • 8.大火煮开,煮开后再大火煮5分钟。加一块糖,小火炖1小时。
  • 9.炖好的猪脚很有酒香,汤的味道更棒。
