原味玛芬蛋糕
作为从戚风蛋糕起步的厨子——当时用的还是电压力锅,这么长时间就没搞过蛋糕的最入门款:玛芬蛋糕。这款蛋糕无需分蛋、打蛋,只把几样配料搅和到一起就完事了。

  • 普通鸡蛋2个
  • 泡打粉2克
  • 小苏达1克
  • 玉米油约30ml
  • 牛奶约30ml
  • 白糖约40克

Steps to make 原味玛芬蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋加入白糖
  • 2.稍拌后倒入油
  • 3.再放牛奶
  • 4.筛入粉类
  • 5.用搅拌铲快速铲拌,只要没大颗粒就行
  • 6.倒入纸杯子
  • 7.放烤箱中层,上下管温度170度,开热风,烤20分钟
  • 8.取出晾凉
  • 9.我这个量可以做6个,实际做了5个半,原因是每杯倒的量近9分了,个别成品有溢出的
  • 10.周末早上现做的,配了沙拉和咖啡奶
  • 11.特别是牛油果,抹在蛋糕上,美味啊
