  • 蔓越莓干40克
  • 酒渍葡萄干40克

Steps to make 巧克力果干马芬蛋糕

  • 1.软化的黄油中放入红糖、细砂糖,用刮刀按压搅拌,使黄油和糖融合
  • 2.用打蛋器搅打至蓬松状态,分3次加入蛋液,每加入一次,需搅打均匀
  • 3.交替倒入混合过筛的粉类及牛奶,搅拌均匀;加入巧克力豆及果干,搅拌均匀,装入模具中,表面撒香酥粒
  • 4.入预热180度烤箱,20分钟左右,表面的香酥粒变成金黄色
  • 5.烤好后取出,立刻脱模,趁热食用
