  • 熟香蕉450克
  • 核桃115克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 无盐黄油113克(或色拉油)
  • 泡打粉1茶匙
  • 小苏打1/4茶匙
  • 1/4茶匙

Steps to make 香蕉核桃马芬

  • 1.核桃切碎
  • 2.无盐黄油融化 冷却待用
  • 3.香蕉捣成泥
  • 4.一. 粉类过筛,把所有干性材料混合(面粉,糖,泡打粉,小苏打粉,盐,核桃)。 二. 再把液体材料混合:鸡蛋打散加入黄油和香蕉泥搅匀!
  • 5.把液体材料倒入粉类容器里,两者材料拌均匀!(看不见粉即可)
  • 6.准备好12个烤杯,装8分满!
  • 7.烤箱温度是上下火180度!20到25分钟(各家烤箱温度不一样,烤的时候注意时间)检测蛋糕是否烤好了,可用牙签戳入蛋糕中层,提出了不粘手既已熟!
  • 8.刚出炉的马芬表面脆脆的,香蕉和黄油的奶香味很浓郁!
  • 9.我比较喜欢隔天的马芬,更软糯,味道跟好。
  • 10.放置阴凉处,室温保存即可!
