紫薯发糕
紫薯发糕,是一道由紫薯,面粉制作而成的糕点。营养丰富,老少皆宜。主要食材有紫薯泥、面粉、糖、果干。把紫薯泥和面粉、糖混合成面团,待面团发酵后撒上果干上锅蒸即可。

Steps to make 紫薯发糕

  • 1.紫薯去皮。
  • 2.切块上锅蒸15分钟。
  • 3.面粉内加入泡打粉混合拌匀备用,牛奶内加入酵母、糖混合拌匀备用。
  • 4.蒸好的紫薯块捣成泥。
  • 5.倒入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 6.分三次加入面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 7.把混合好的面糊倒入容器中表面抹平,盖上保鲜膜放在温暖处醒发至2倍大。
  • 8.醒好后摆放蔓越莓干,冷水上锅蒸30分钟,关火3分钟后开盖。
  • 9.出锅用刀切开。
  • 10.摆盘。
