Steps to make Bean, Potato, and Eggplant Pot
- 1. Wash the beans, potatoes, and eggplants.
- 2. Cut the beans into small pieces, and cut the potatoes and eggplants into small pieces.
- 3.2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oil consumption, 1 spoonful of starch, half a spoonful of sugar, and half a bowl of water to make a sauce. Stir well and set aside
