  • 龙利鱼片3片(500克)
  • 高汤1/4杯
  • 料酒1茶匙
  • 玉米油2茶匙
  • 3/4茶匙
  • 1/4茶匙
  • 太白粉1.5大匙

Steps to make 鱼茸香菇盒

  • 1.香菇用水泡发,洗净。
  • 2.剪去根蒂。
  • 3.龙利鱼片解冻,用水冲洗一遍,挤干水份,切小块,放盐然后剁成泥。
  • 4.鱼茸放入料酒,油,糖和太白粉顺时针搅拌上劲,用手摔打至有弹性。
  • 5.把鱼茸酿入香菇上成球形。
  • 6.枸杞用水泡软。
  • 7.在鱼茸上放上枸杞装饰。
  • 8.锅放水烧开,把香菇盒子放入。
  • 9.大火蒸10分钟。
  • 10.小锅放入高汤烧开,倒入淀粉水勾个薄芡。
  • 11.在鱼茸香菇盒子上淋上薄芡即可。
