自制菠萝果酒

Steps to make 自制菠萝果酒

  • 1.准备好食材,菠萝去皮洗净晾干水分或用厨房纸擦干表面水份。
  • 2.切开去掉中间硬心,然后切成小块。
  • 3.消过毒的密封罐先放一层菠萝。
  • 4.再放一层冰糖,以此类推全部放入密封罐中。
  • 5.倒入粮食酒。
  • 6.酒要没过菠萝和冰糖。
  • 7.密封阴凉处保存,一个月后即可享用了。
