豆角叶黄豆汤
这汤是老公家乡的特色汤,豆角叶吃起来比较粗糙,但此汤非常清甜回甘,清热消暑,排毒养颜又健康。

  • 无花果干3粒

Steps to make 豆角叶黄豆汤

  • 1.长豆角(豇豆)叶撕去老叶脉。(如图)
  • 2.清洗干净。
  • 3.黄豆泡洗干净。
  • 4.猪骨飞水,洗净浮沫。(我用了2块猪扒。)
  • 5.无花果干切开,比较易出味。
  • 6.把猪骨,黄豆和无花果放入汤锅,注入适量水,煮开。
  • 7.放入豆角叶继续煲1-1.5小时即可。
  • 8.汤好了。如果有肥油撇去肥油,可放盐调味,我沒放,汤本身很清甜的。
  • 9.清热消暑,排毒养颜。
