【浙菜】---雪菜豆皮
雪菜豆皮虽然只是很简单又普通的菜。
不过确是浙菜当中比较有代表性的家常菜式。
无论是家庭还是宴席中都会有这道菜,口感鲜香,微甜,很下饭的一道菜。

Steps to make 【浙菜】---雪菜豆皮

  • 1.准备好所有的食材。
  • 2.锅中加入清水,盐,油,鸡精放入豆皮煮上3分钟。
  • 3.把豆皮捞出稍凉切成菱形小块,红椒洗净也切菱形小块,雪菜洗净切碎。
  • 4.炒锅倒油爆香葱姜,红椒。
  • 5.倒入雪菜翻炒片刻。
  • 6.加入白糖继续翻炒出香味。
  • 7.加入豆皮翻炒均匀。
  • 8.加入少许盐,鸡精翻炒均匀,淋入香油。
  • 9.所有食材翻炒均匀关火。
