婆婆买回了一些煮熟的鹌鹑蛋,说是五香味的,但却并没有入味,俩个小朋友都不是太喜欢,一人只吃了一个。晚饭时,我把孩子们不愿吃的蛋,做了了简单的变身,孩子们一抢而光。其实,用的调料很简单,就是我家经常上桌入菜的红腐乳。

  • 1.鹌鹑蛋去壳洗净细碎的外皮。
  • 2.准备一块红腐乳和适量汤汁。
  • 3.用厨房油吸净蛋的水份。
  • 4.锅中加入适量油,烧至七成热,放入鹌鹑蛋,保持中火炸。
  • 5.炸至外皮起泡捞出沥油。
  • 6.红腐乳压碎后加少许水加入锅中烧沸。
  • 7.根据自已的口味,加入许白糖。
  • 8.快速搅拌再次烧开。
  • 9.加入鹌鹑蛋快速翻炒。
  • 10.当汤汁快收尽时勾入少许水淀粉。
  • 11.至汤汁完全收尽关火。
  • 12.加入少许芝麻油。
  • 13.撒适量白芝麻出锅装盘。
