  • 2.腊肉切片
  • 3.丝瓜切片,切好葱姜蒜末

  • 6.下腊肉煎得两面微卷
  • 7.放西红柿炒匀
  • 8.放丝瓜开大火炒匀,丝瓜熟得快,大火一分钟即可
  • 9.加少许盐,因为腊肉本身是咸的
