    Steps to make 葱姜蒸青蟹

    • 1.筷子从青蟹的眼睛插进,破坏蟹的神经中枢系统。
    • 2.掀开青蟹腹部一个三角形的脐盖(雌蟹是圆形的),用刀除去,嘴巴部分的也去除掉。
    • 3.从脐盖的边接处用刀撬开蟹壳,去除蟹心、蟹腮、蟹胃。
    • 4.腹部朝上,放上葱姜丝。
    • 5.锅中放水、姜片和料酒,蒸架上放青蟹盆,水开上汽后蒸15分钟。
    • 6.也可以把蟹切大块后蒸,时间适当缩短点。
    • 7.姜蒜末、陈醋拌匀,上锅蒸6分钟左右。
    • 8.吃时蘸姜醋汁。
