  • 1.锅底用橄榄油刷一遍
  • 2.然后把泡好的香米放入砂锅内,加入水,高出一个手指关节即可,先大火在小火煲9分熟即可

  • 4.把准备好的卤味和青菜整齐吗在米饭上
  • 5.小火煲至米饭有锅巴香即可
