Steps to make 酸甜胭脂藕

  • 1.紫甘蓝洗净、撕成片,放入锅中煮几分钟。
  • 2.过滤取汁。
  • 3.紫甘蓝汁中倒入1勺白醋,颜色瞬间会变成粉红色;颜色深浅取决于醋的多少。
  • 4.莲藕洗净去皮,切薄片,用清水冲净。
  • 5.藕片入沸水中(滴入几滴白醋)快速煮片刻,然后捞出,冲净沥干。加醋一是让藕不变色,二是让藕更脆。
  • 6.紫甘蓝汁中倒入蜂蜜,充分搅匀;把藕片放入浸泡,时间尽量长一些,这样口感更脆爽,藕也能充分吸收粉色,更漂亮即可食用。
