腊八粥【初味日记】
腊八节,俗称“腊八”,古人有祭祀祖先和神灵、祈求丰收吉祥的传统。至今每逢这天,民间依然流传着吃“腊八粥”,泡腊八蒜(有的地方是“腊八饭”)的习俗。

  • 薏仁24g
  • 红豆500g
  • 莲子20g
  • 紫米20g
  • 黑豆15g
  • 冰糖50g
  • 糯米70g

Steps to make 腊八粥【初味日记】

  • 1.红豆、黑豆、莲子洗净后泡发3小时。
  • 2.小米、薏仁、糯米、紫米洗净。
  • 3.把除了冰糖和红枣以外的材料都放入电饭锅中,加入适量的水,按煮粥或熬汤键。
  • 4.粥在煮的期间,把红枣切开去核备用。
  • 5.1.5小时后,待材料煮到软糯,加入红枣再煮半小时。
  • 6.最后10分钟,放入冰糖煮融化即可。
