作为陕西关中,腊八这天我们是吃腊八面,用到的食材有荤有素,汤汁浓郁鲜美,一勺浇头盖于面条之上,拌匀,味道真的超赞,面条劲道,汤汁鲜美不腻人,一碗下肚,能量满满。

  • 手工面250g
  • 牛肉100g
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 长豆角4个
  • 香菇1个
  • 香干1块
  • 大葱半颗
  • 生姜1块
  • 大蒜3粒
  • 香菜1颗
  • 半勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 豆瓣酱1勺
  • 清水一碗

Steps to make 腊八面

  • 1.木耳和黄花菜提前泡发洗干净,将牛肉洗干净切成小丁,再把豆角,香菇,蘑菇和胡萝卜洗干净。
  • 2.准备葱,姜,蒜。
  • 3.把所有的食材都切成小丁。
  • 4.葱切成葱花,生姜和大蒜切末备用。
  • 5.把切好的牛肉丁放一小碗中里面加半勺盐,一勺料酒和玉米淀粉。
  • 6.用手抓拌均匀腌制20分钟。
  • 7.锅中倒油,油温六成热爆香葱姜蒜。
  • 8.再将腌制好的牛肉粒放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 9.里面加一勺豆瓣酱。
  • 10.再加一勺生抽翻炒均匀。
  • 11.将所有食材倒进锅里。
  • 12.翻炒两分钟两分钟。
  • 13.里面加一碗清水大火烧开转中小火煮十分钟。
  • 14.10分钟后加少许盐搅拌均匀关火。
  • 15.咱们的腊八面哨子就做好了。
  • 16.锅中烧水,水开后把面条放进去,中间加两次水,面条就煮好了。
  • 17.将面条捞在碗里,把我们做的哨子加进去,放上香菜。
  • 18.最后调上我们的油泼辣子,太香啦。
