  • 1.准备豆腐和猪肉丝
  • 2.先把豆腐切成薄片再切细丝
  • 3.放入装有清水的盆中漂洗2次
  • 4.准备水淀粉和葱花
  • 5.猪肉丝里加入料酒和生粉拌匀静置半小时,香菇洗净后切成细丝
  • 6.锅内倒油温油下入猪肉丝爆至变色捞起
  • 7.再把香菇丝煸炒出香味盛起
  • 8.锅内倒入水水开后把豆腐丝捞起加入
  • 9.再把香菇和肉丝加入
  • 10.烧开后加盐调味
  • 11.加入鸡粉调味
  • 12.用水淀粉勾芡
  • 13.最后加入猪油熄火出锅
  • 14.加入葱花点缀即可享用
